b) Social Function
It is to be emphasized that the functions the FCMAT meets in our community are intimately related, which gives them a greater strength and presence, these are:
• Community Leadership. It acts as a catalyst and brings together the community, and helps carry out joint projects between civil society organizations, and businesses and government, for which it attracts local, national, and international donors.
• Service to Social Investors. We work in depth with donors, offering them flexible services, and adapting to their interest, vocation, and capacity of donation.
• Management and mobilization of economic resources. The foundation mobilizes, attracts, integrates, and manages financial resources for the community’s present, short-term, and long-term needs, including individuals, businesses, foundations, government agencies, and other community foundations.
• Financing administration. We zealously guard donated funds, investing and supervising deposits.
• Professional application of economic resources. The donations are applied to the different needs of the most unprotected social groups through the assets of the community. The community’s needs and areas requiring attention are constantly studied and monitored and are responded to accordingly.
